Perused Affidavit in Support to the Chamber Order. Heard Ld. Advocate for the applicants, when ld. Advocate submits that valuation shown in the plaint of captioned suit, is above Rs. 10 crores, therefore, present Chamber Order is maintainable.

In paragraph no. 5 of the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order, the applicants/plaintiffs stated that valuation of the captioned suit is above Rs. 10 crores. In view of above, and to ascertain the fact of the valuation as shown in the plaint, and to arrive to the conclusion, I deem it fit to call report of the Officer concerned and to call record and proceedings of the captioned suit (L) No. 9334/2023 for my perusal.
