Hussain, Medical Practitioner having dispensary at Highway Consumers Co-op. Soc. Ltd., Khernagar, Bandra (E), Mumbai - 400 051. It is certified that the Petitioner was suffering from anxiety and palpitation from 04.11.2023 and he was advised rest from 04.11.2023 for about three months. However, there is nothing on record to show that the said Medical Practitioner was at any time consulted and he prescribed medicines for the said ailment; to which Ld. Advocate for Petitioner / Applicant submits that he will file Additional Affidavit showing medical documents / evidence, on or before next date.

At the request of Ld. Advocate for Petitioner / Applicant, adjourned to 11.06.2024.
