Advocate for the Plaintiff / Applicant made a statement that as the valuation of the captioned Suit is below Rs. 10 crores, he desires to withdraw the present Chamber Order. Statement is accepted. Due to enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction of Bombay City Civil Court vide The Bombay City civil Court (Amendment) Act, 2023 r/w. Notification No. CCS-2923/CR1/D-19 dated 16th January, 2024, the present Chamber Order is required to be entertained and tried by the City Civil Court.

In view thereof, the present Chamber Order is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to move before the Hon'ble City Civil Court.
