P.C. :

1) The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon Mr. Sandeep Shyamkumar Yadav and Rajdeep Shyamkumar Yadav, sons of the deceased, by way of substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2) Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Jerusalem Post" in English Language in Isreal and "New Jersey Herald" in New Jersey, United States.

3) Perused the Affidavit dated 27.4.2023 annexed to Chamber Order. In Para-1 of the said Affidavit, it is stated that a citation was sent to Sandeep Shyamkumar Yadav who is son of the deceased i.e. last known address at United States was returned with a remark "attempted not known". In Para-2 of the said Affidavit, it is stated that a citation was sent to Rajdeep Shyamkumar Yadav

who is son of the deceased i.e. last known address at Isreal was returned with a remark "unknown". 4) Para 9 of the petition, It is mentioned and confirmed the averment made in the affidavit in support in respect of the last known address of the legal heirs.

The petitioner has sought permission to serve citation upon the abovenamed legal heirs of the deceased by way of substitute service by publication of citation in the newspapers in Jerusalem Post" in English Language in Isreal and "New Jersey Herald" in New Jersey, United States. 5) Hence, for the reasons stated in Affidavit dated 27.04.2023 to the Chamber order and averment made in the Petition, the present Chamber Order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

6) Publication of Citation to be done in English newspapers in Jerusalem Post" in English Language in Isreal and "New Jersey Herald" in New Jersey, United States within four weeks from the date of uploading the order. Office is directed to issue fresh Citation, if required.

7) Advocate to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
