P. C. :

1. By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks amendment of the Petition as per the Schedule annexed thereto.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Petition is filed by the Petitioner for Probate of the Will of the deceased and he has expired on 30th June, 2024. He further submits that the Chamber Order was filed immediately after the death of the Petitioner without the copy of Death Certificate. He produces a photo copy of the Death Certificate of the Petitioner. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner further submits that the Petitioner being Sole Executor, the Petition is required to be converted into Petition for Letters of Administration with Will and Mahesh Gopal Bhatia the son of the deceased will be the Petitioner. He therefore prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and Applicant be permitted to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

3. Perused the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order. For the reasons stated in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately. Amendment to be carried out as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order, within four weeks' from today. Addl. Registrar (O.S.) / Addl. Prothonotary and Senior Master 18.03.2025
