This Chamber Order is taken out by the applicant for amendment in column 'J' of the Execution Applicant as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. Perused the affidavit in support. It is stated by the applicant that the bailiff visited the respondent's address on 19.12.2023 to execute the execution warrant and notice. The name of the respondent building is "Skyper" and not "Typer". The bailiff in his report mentioned the building name "Typer" which is annexed at exhibit "A" to the affidavit in support. Heard the Ld. Advocate for the applicant for the reasons stated in affidavit in support. Chamber order is signed separately.

Applicant is directed to amend column J of the Execution Application as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber order.

Reverification is dispensed with.
