1. This Chamber Order is taken out by Applicant/Advocates for Caveatrix, Vashi and Vashi seeking discharge on behalf of Caveatrix Mei Stephen (nee Mei Kuel Tung) in CTSL/95/2019 in TP/607/2019.

2. The applicant has filed Affidavit of service dated 02.02.2024.

3. Perused Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof. The reasons for obtaining discharge is mentioned in paragraphs - 1 to 4 of Affidavit in support. It is stated in the said Affidavit that the Caveatrix, Mei Stephen has already ceased Advocate representing her in the captioned matter by giving instructions in and around October 2022. It is further stated that since the last instruction to cease work, no further instructions have been received and accordingly the Firm shall be seeking a discharge as Mei Stephen's Advocates in the captioned matter. Relevant Exhibit - A Colly are the emails annexed to the said Affidavit.

4. I am satisfied that the Ld. Advocate has substantially complied with the procedure for obtaining discharge under High Court, Original Side Rules read with the provisions and Rules framed under the Advocates Act.

In view of above, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Advocates, Vashi and Vashi have been discharged on behalf of the Caveatrix, Mei Stephen (nee Mei Kuel Tung). Office to delete the name of Advocates Vashi and Vashi as Advocate for the Caveatrix. Advocates Vashi and Vashi to communicate this Order to the Caveatrix and thereafter, Caveatrix to engage another Advocate, if she so desires.

Chamber Order is disposed of accordingly.
