The present Chamber Order is taken out by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 12.03.2024, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-removal of office objections.

Ld. Advocate for the applicant tenders Affidavit of Service, which is taken on record. Despite service, none appeared for the respondents, except respondent nos. 2 and 3.

Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support to the Chamber Order. It is contended that on several occasions orders were passed in the captioned petition, therefore, Ld. Advocate did not realize that petition was listed on board in respect of removal of office objections. It is further contended that Mr. Krunal Jadhav, Advocate was entrusted with the captioned petition with several other matters, however, inadvertently, he missed out last date of removing office objections in resepct of captioned petition. Ld. Advocate for the applicant submits that now, he will pursue with the captioned petition diligently if it is restored to file.

Ld. AGP appearing for respondent nos. 2 and 3 gives no objection for restoration of captioned petition.

Considering reasons mentioned in Affidavit in Support and no objection given by Ld. AGP for respondent nos. 2 and 3, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.
