Ld. Advocate for the applicant tenders Additional Affidavit in Support of the applicant, which is taken on record.
Ld. Advocate for the applicant submits that the respondents are already served with the Chamber Order as per Affidavit of Service dated 10.04.2024, which is filed on record. Despite service, none present for the respondents.
Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Additional Affidavit of the Applicant. It is contended that all office objections were complied with, within stipulated period of time i.e. on 23.02.2024 and therefore, the applicant was under bonafide impression that matter was listed on board, however, she came to know about the disposal of the captioned Petition.
Today none appeared for and on behalf of the respondents to resit contentions of the applicant. Therefore, considering the grounds mentioned in the Additional Affidavit of the applicant, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.
