The present Chamber Order is taken out to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the Affidavit dated 26 March, 2024 annexed to Chamber Order.

The Petition is filed by the Petitioner in his capacity as Legal Guardian of Shilpa Shridhar Joshi daughter of the deceased, who is mentally ill person. After filing the Petition the daughter of the deceased expired on 30th December, 2023 as a spinster. The Petitioner in the Affidavit in Support stated that the deceased daughter is the only legal heir and the deceased had no other son and no other daughter. It is further stated that the deceased had five brothers and one sister and their heirs are required to be brought on record in place ..2/-

For the reasons stated in the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order, the Chamber Order is granted and signed separately. The Petitioner is directed to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. The amendment should be carried out within a period of four weeks from the date of uploading the order.
