CHOL/137/2024 In EXA/1038/2018 P.C.: 1. The present chamber order is taken out by the applicant to carry out amendment in title of execution application as per the schedule annexed to the chamber order.

2. Perused the affidavit in support dated 13.03.2024 annexed to the chamber order.

In para 4 of the said affidavit it is stated that the applicant came to know the respondent has a bank account with Canara Bank bearing Account No.

1389101070583, It is further stated that the said account needs to be attached or frozen under the Provisions of Order XXI Rule 46 of C.P.C. for recovery of debts.

The applicant further submits that the necessary amendment in Column J as per the schedule of amendment attached to the chamber order be allowed. The Ld.
