CHOL/138/2024 In S/614/2023 P.C.: 1. By the present chamber order the plaintiff seeks amendment of the title of the Defendant No.1,5 and 7 and also to carry out incidental and consequential amendment in the plaint as per the schedule annexed to the chamber order.

The Ld. Advocate for the plaintiff submits that the Writ of Summons could not be served upon the Defendant Nos. 1, 5 and 7 as the said defendants have changed their addresses. He further submits that the summons sent to the said Defendants Nos.

1,5 and 7 were returned by the postal authority with remark "No such person in the address, "Addressee left without instruction".

2. Perused the affidavit in support of the chamber order. For the reasons mentioned

in the affidavit in support the chamber order is allowed and the same is signed separately. Plaintiff is directed to carry out amendments and serve the summons upon the Defendants No. 1,5 and 7 within a period of 12 weeks from today.
