Raja, Advocate for Petitioner / Applicant P.C.: The present Chamber Order is taken out by the Petitioner / Applicant for setting aside Order dated 14.02.2024, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-removal of office objections.

Upon perusal of the Affidavit of Service, it appears that Chamber Order has duly been served upon Respondents.

Perused Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order. It is contended therein that on 14.02.2024, Advocate could not remain present before this Authority and hence, he was not aware about the conditional order passed in the matter. It is further contended that the Advocate on record met with an accident and therefore, he was advised bed rest. Ld. Advocate resumed office from 21.03.2024 when he came to know that the present Writ Petition has been rejected. Hence, he prayed for setting aside conditional order dated 14.02.2024 and for restoration of the captioned Petition.

Perused Chamber Order and supported affidavit. Heard Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner. To my mind, reasons mentioned in the Affidavit in Support appears to be bonafide. Hence, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.
