Perused Affidavits of Service dated 16.04.2024, showing service of Chamber Order upon the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Accordingly, today Advocate for Respondents is present.

Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicants. Perused Affidavits of the Applicant. It is contended therein that vide conditional Order dated 20.02.2024, two weeks time was grated to remove office objections which was getting over on 06.03.2024. The Petitioner got the office objections removed within time. However, the Scrutiny Officer put the filing remark on the Petitions on 08.03.2024 i.e. two days after the time prescribed vide conditional order dated 20.02.2024. Hence, the Ld. Advocate for applicants prays for restoration of the present Petitions.

Perused Records and Proceedings. It is seen that the Petitioner got the office objections removed on 28.02.2024 and Scrutiny Officer put the filing .... 2

Considering grounds mentioned in the Affidavit and after perusing the Records and Proceedings, it is observed that it was the duty of the Office to check the compliance in the matter and send the Records and Proceedings to the Scrutiny Officer for further remark.

As the Applicant has removed office objections within time, the present Chamber Orders need to be granted. Accordingly both the Chamber Orders are granted as prayed and signed separately.

Office to register and / or number the Petitions immediately after uploading of order.
