1. By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks leave to amend the Petition as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that during the pendency of the petition his mother Alloo Noshir Dupabsh died on 22.02.2024, who was the sole surviving executrix named under the Last Will and Testament of the deceased. He further submits that the Applicant was appointed as legal guardian of the said executrix, who was having health issues.

He further submits that due to death of the said sole surviving executrix, the Petitioner is required to be amended as per the schedule being Exh.B affidavit in support of the chamber order. He, therefore, prays to allow the chamber order.

2. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support, the chamber order is allowed.

The Applicant is directed to carry out the amendment as per schedule being Exh.B
