Perused Affidavit of Service showing service of present Chamber Order. Upon perusal of the said Affidavit of Service, it appears that Chamber Order has duly been served upon Advocates for Respondents.

Ld. Advocate for Petitioner made a statement that he has inadvertently mentioned State of Maharashtra as Respondent No. 4 in the present Chamber Order, though there are only three Respondents in the captioned Writ Petition. Hence, he may be allowed to strike off name of Respondent No. 4 from the title of present Chamber Order. Statement is accepted.

Accordingly, Ld. Advocate for Petitioner is allowed to strike off name of Respondent No. 4 from the title of present Chamber Order.

Perused Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order. It is contended therein that on 02.04.2024, the Advocate on record came to know that the present Writ Petition was rejected by Order dated 04.03.2024. It is further contended that the Advocate has taken all necessary efforts for ..... 2

Advocate for the Petitioner. To my mind, reasons mentioned in the Affidavit in Support appears to be bonafide. Hence, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.

The Petitioner to remove office objections on the Petition and get the same numbered and/or registered within two weeks from the date of uploading of the order, failing the Petition to stand rejected for non-removal of office objections under O.S.Rule 986.
