The applicant has intimated the Petitioner/Plaintiff about today's date by email dated 16.04.2024.
3. The applicant has filed Affidavit in support dated 08.03.2024. It is stated in the said Affidavit that the applicant, vide email dated 15/1/2024, intimated Petitioner/Plaintiff informing him about difficulty to proceed with the matter and have asked him to personally come to her office and collect the entire brief from her office. In the last email received from the Plaintiff intimated the Advocate to withdraw her appearance by submitting a letter to the court. As the High court Rule prescribes a chamber order to be taken in the case of withdrawing appearance she has preferred the present chamber order. Exhibit- "A" collectively is the copy of their email dated 15/1/2024 and the last reply received from the Plaintiff.
4. I am satisfied that the Ld. Advocate has substantially complied with the procedure for
) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) obtaining discharge under High Court, Original Side Rules read with the provisions and Rules framed under the Advocates Act.

In view of the above, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Advocate, Mrs. Ratna Bhargavan has been discharged on behalf of the Plaintiff/Petitioner, Prakash Hingorani in TS/169/2019 in TP/438/2024. Office to delete the name of Advocate Mrs. Ratna Bhargavan as Advocate for the Plaintiff/Petitioner. Mrs. Ratna Bhargavan to communicate this Order to the Plaintiff/Petitioner and thereafter, Plaintiff/ Petitioner to engage another Advocate, if he so desires.
