The present Chamber Order is filed by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 04.03.2024, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Ld. Advocate appearing for the applicant submits that respondents were served with the Chamber Order as per Affidavit of Service, which is on record. However, none present for and on behalf of respondent nos. 6 and 7.

Perused Chamber Order, Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order and Minutes of Order dated 04.03.2024. Heard ld. Advocates appearing for the applicant, respondent nos. 1 to 5 and respondent no. 8.

I am convinced with the reasons mentioned in the Affidavit in Support to the Chamber Order for restoration of the captioned Petition by setting aside Order dated 04.03.2024.

Ld. Advocates appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 5 and 8 submit that appropriate order may be passed.

In view thereof, the present Chamber Order is allowed with no order as to costs and signed separately.
