The present Chamber Order is taken out by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 04.03.2024, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Ld. Advocate for the applicant tenders Affidavit of Service, showing service of Chamber Order upon respondent nos. 7 to 19, which is taken on record.

It appears that despite service, none appeared for and on behalf respondent nos. 1 to 19.

Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit of the applicant. It is contended that ld. Advocate tried to remove office objections with regard to translation of Marathi and some illegible documents, however, same could not be completed within given period. Ld.

Advocate for the applicant submits that he will pursue with the captioned petition diligently if it is restored to file.

In the present matter, despite service, respondent nos. 1 to 19 choose to remain absent. Therefore, contentions raised in the Affidavit of the applicant remain uncontested. Thus, relying on aforesaid contentions, raised by the applicant in his Affidavit, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.
