Ld. Advocate for the applicant tenders Affidavit of Service dated 15.04.2024, showing service of Chamber Order upon respondents, which is taken on record. Despite service, none appeared for and on behalf of the respondents.

Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit of the Applicant. It is contended that the applicant was under impression that office objections were complied with by the concerned clerk of Advocate, however, later on it was brought to the notice of the applicant about noncompliance of office objections because of which captioned Petition got rejected.

Today none appeared for and on behalf of the respondents to resit contentions of the applicant. Therefore, considering the grounds mentioned in the Affidavit of the applicant, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately. ..2/-
