24. CHOL/166/2025 in TP(L)/3379/2019 P.C. : The present Chamber Order is e-filed for restoration of the captioned Testamentary Petition, which was rejected vide Order dated 26.02.2020 for non- compliance of office objection under O.S. Rule 986.

) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) Perused Affidavit in support of Chamber Order. It is averred in the said Affidavit that due to personal difficulty, Applicant could not remove office objections and the matter got rejected vide conditional order dated 26.02.2020. It is further stated that the Applicant was in his native place since last five years and hence, there is delay of 1618 days in filing present Chamber Order. The Applicant has prayed for restoring the Petition by condoning delay of 1618 days in filing Chamber Order.

As there is considerable delay of 1618 days in filing present Chamber Order, it would be just and proper to place the present matter before the Hon'ble Court for appropriate directions.
