Ld. Advocate for the Applicant tenders Affidavit of Service dated 08.05.2024, showing service of Chamber Order upon the Respondents, which is taken on record.

Accordingly, today, Ld. AGP for Respondent No. 1 is present and submits that Respondent No. 1 has formal objection for granting the present Chamber Order.

Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit of the Applicant. It is contended therein that though instructed, the filing Clerk of the Advocate on record inadvertently failed to remove office objections within time and the present Petition got rejected for non-compliance of office objections. Hence, the Ld. Advocate for Applicant prays for restoration of the present Petition. Upon perusal of Chamber Order and supported affidavit, it appears that office objections could not be removed due to inadvertence on the part of the Clerk of Advocate on record. Hence, in the interest of justice, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.
