Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that there are certain corrections, which need to be effected in the Affidavit in Support to the Chamber Order, which cannot be effected since those are not curable and therefore, ld. Advocate seeks permission to withdraw present Chamber Order with liberty to file afresh.

Perused Affidavit in Support to the Chamber Order, wherein it is seen that it was affirmed by Aishabi Abdullabhai Khan, since deceased, through her legal heirs namely, Gulam Hazrat Abdulla Khan and Ors., through Constituted Attorneys Mohd anas Gulan Hazrat Khan and two ors.. However, it is submitted by ld. Advocate for the petitioner that Aishabi has died and her legal heirs have filed present Chamber Order, who want to file corrected Affidavit in Support to the Chamber Order.

In view thereof, I find substance in the contentions of the ld. Advocate for the petitioner. Therefore, permission is granted to withdraw the present Chamber with liberty to file afresh within two weeks from today.

The present Chamber Order is disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
