P. C. :

1. By this Chamber Order, the Applicants seek amendment of the Plaint as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Plaintiff has died on 22nd October, 2024, leaving behind his legal heirs viz. Meenu Rajeev Anand, Jaisal Rajeev Anand, Kavish Rajeev Anand and Sundeep Ram Prakash Anand. He prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and Applicants be permitted to amend the Plaint as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

3. Perused the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order. The Applicants in the Affidavit has stated that Ram Prakash Anand, the Plaintiff has expired on 22nd October, 2024 and they are the legal heirs of the deceased Plaintiff and, therefore the Applicants be substituted as Plaintiffs by deleting name of Plaintiff.

4. For the reasons stated in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately. Amendment to be carried out as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order, within six weeks' from today.
