1. By this Praecipe dated 9th June, 2025, the Applicant / Plaintiff seeks permission to correct the word "Respondents" in item No.3 of Schedule of amendment annexed to the Chamber Order to "Plaintiff Nos. 1 (a) to 1 (d)" and to carry out the amendments as per the order dated 7th May, 2025.

2. By an order dated 7th May, 2025, the Chamber Order taken out by the Applicant was allowed and directed to carry out amendment as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. It is brought to the Notice that the there is an error in the Schedule wherein at Sr. No.3, the word "Respondents" are written instead of "Plaintiff Nos. 1 (a) to 1 (d)". The Applicant is permitted to correct the Schedule as above and thereafter to carry out amendment within two weeks' from today.
