Despite service, today none appeared for Respondents.

Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Additional Affidavit dated 06.05.2024 which is already on record. It is contended therein that the Advocate for the Petitioner / Applicant have filed Vakalatnama on 28.03.2024. The non-removal of office objections in time is not intentional and hence, the Ld. Advocate for Applicant prays for restoration of the present Petition.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the Additional Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order, the present Chamber is granted as prayed and signed separately.
