Rule 986.

Affidavit of Service showing service of present Chamber Order is already filed on record. Despite service, none present for Respondents.

Perused Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order. It is stated therein that out of 16 objections, only objection remains to be removed is English translation. Hence, she prays for setting aside conditional order dated 14.02.2024.

Petitioner has complied with all the office objections, except translation. This shows Petitioner's bonafide intention to remove office objections and restore the Petition to file. Hence, I am of the view that the Petitioner / Applicant should get one opportunity to pursue with the captioned Petition diligently. Hence, present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.
