By this Praecipe dated 11 2024, applied for extension of time to file Affidavit of Publication for Citation as directed vide order dated th May, 2024. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner submits that the Citation has been published in the newspapers on 5th June, 2024 but the Affidavit of Service was remained to be filed within the time as the Petitioner was out of station.

In view of the above time to file Affidavit of Service is extended by two weeks' from today.
