By this Praecipe dated 24 2024 an extension of one week to publish the Writ of Summon as due to some personal exigency the Plaintiff could not give instructions. The Ld. Advocate for Applicant / Plaintiff submits that by an th May, 2024 passed in order dated 9 Chamber Order No.193 of 2024, the Plaintiff was permitted to publish the Writ of Summons, by way of substituted service upon the Defendant No.4.
