Perused copy of e-filed Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order. It is stated therein that vide conditional Order dated 19.03.2024, three weeks time was granted to remove office objections. It is further contended that the Petitioner took cognizance of the above order and took steps to remove office objections, however, since documents are voluminous, he prays for setting aside conditional order dated 19.03.2024, as Petitioner requires additional time. Ld. Advocate for Respondents submits that suitable order may be passed.
