Rule 986.

Affidavits of Service dated 10.06.2024 and 04.07.2024 are already filed on record. Despite service, today none appeared for the Respondents.

Heard Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner / Applicant. Perused Affidavit of the Petitioner / Applicant. It is contended therein that the present Petition came to be rejected vide conditional Order dated 04.03.2024. It is further contended that it took time for obtaining the documents listed at Exhibits A, B and C. Now, the said office objections are complied with and the same are pending for the purpose of scrutiny. Hence, he requests that present Chamber Order may be allowed.

Upon hearing submissions of Ld. Advocate for Petitioner and considering grounds raised in the Affidavit, I am inclined to consider the present Chamber Order favourably since most of the office objections, as stated in Affidavit, have already been removed. So also, none present to resist the present .... 2
