The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon Paresh Vinodchandra Gandhi (Son of the Deceased), Neeta Jayesh Khatri and Raksha Paresh Dalal (Daughters of the Deceased) by way substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Janmabhoomi" in vernacular language i.e. Gujarati.

Perused the Affidavit dated 4th January, 2024 annexed to Chamber ..2/-

Order. In Para-2 of the said Affidavit, it is stated that the addresses of the legal heirs viz. Paresh Vinodchandra Gandhi (Son of the Deceased), Neeta Jayesh Khatri and Raksha Paresh Dalal (Daughters of the Deceased) are not known to the Petitioner. He had tried to search for the address of the above named legal heirs but could not trace out their address.

Perused the Petition. It is mentioned in Para-4 and confirmed that the averment made in the Affidavit in respect of the addresses are not known to the Petitioner.

Hence, for the reasons stated in th January, 2024 annexed Affidavit dated 4 to the Chamber order and averment made in the Petition, the present Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

Publication of Citation to be done in ..3/-

: 3 :

English newspaper in "Free Press Journal" and in "Janmabhoomi" in Gujarati newspaper vernacular language, within eight weeks from the date of uploading the order. Office is directed to issue fresh Citation, if required.

Advocate to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
