The present Chamber Order is taken out by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 14.02.2024, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Ld. Advocate for the applicant tenders Affidavit of Service dated 02.05.2024, showing service of Chamber Order upon the respondents, which is taken on record.

Despite service, none appeared for and on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 and 3.

Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit of the applicant. It is contended that inadvertently, the applicant did not notice that captioned petition was listed on board due to which office objections could not be removed within given period. Ld. Advcoate for the applicant submits that he will pursue with the captioned Petition diligently if it is restored to file.

The respondent nos. 2 and 4 give no objection for restoration of captioned Petition.

Considering grounds mentioned in the Affidavit, and no objection of respondent nos. 2 and 4, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.
