Ld. Advocate for the Applicant tenders Affidavit of Service dated 07.05.2024, showing service of Chamber Order upon the respondents, which is taken on record. Despite service, none appeared for and on behalf of the respondents.

Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit of the Applicant. It is contended therein that the previous Advocate on record failed to comply with the office objections within time and hence, the present Petition got rejected for non-compliance of office objections. It is further contended that the Advocate may be given opportunity to comply the office objections, failing Petitioner will be put to great hardship and loss. Hence, the Ld. Advocate for Applicant prays for restoration of the present Petition.

Upon perusal of Chamber Order and supported affidavit, it appears that office objections could not be removed due to inadvertence on the part of the erstwhile Advocate. Hence, in the interest of justice, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed.
