Ld. Advocate for the Applicant tenders Affidavit of Service dated 08.05.2024, showing service of Chamber Order upon the Respondents, which is taken on record.

Accordingly, today, Ld. Advocate for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 is present and submits that they have no objection if Chamber Order is granted.

Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit of the Applicant. It is contended therein that Ld. Advocate inadvertently failed to check the Cause List dated 22.03.2024 and hence, he was unaware about the conditional order passed in the Petition. He, therefore, prays for granting Chamber Order as grave and irreparable harm, loss and prejudice would be occasioned to the Petitioner if the reliefs as prayed are not granted.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the Chamber Order and Affidavit in support, in the interest of justice, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.
