Ld. Advocate for the Applicant tenders Affidavit of Service dated 08.05.2024, showing service of Chamber Order upon the Respondents, which is taken on record.
Accordingly, today, Ld. Advocate for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 is present and submits that they have no objection if Chamber Order is granted.
Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit of the Applicant. It is contended therein that despite filing Vakalatnama, the name of Advocate for Petitioner was not reflected on Cause List dated 21.03.2024 next to the name of the Petitioner, when the present Petition was listed for rejection under O.S. Rule 986. He, therefore, prays for granting Chamber Order.
Considering the reasons mentioned in the Chamber Order and Affidavit in support, in the interest of justice, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.
