The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Notice / Citation upon Vandana Pramod Kale (Wife of Nephew of the deceased), Alpana Rajiv Panjwani (Daughter of Nephew of the deceased) and Pratima Suhas Kambli (Niece of the deceased) legal heirs of the deceased by way substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Notice / Citation in two newspapers viz.
"Business Standard" in English Language and in "Navakal" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi.

Perused the Affidavit dated ..2/-

th February, 2024 annexed to Chamber Order. In Para-4 of the said Affidavit, it is stated that the Notice could not be served upon the above named legal heirs of the deceased as the premises were found locked. In Para-5, it is stated that the Affidavit of Bailiff that the Citation alongwith True Copy of the Petition could not be served upon the legal heirs as their premises was found locked.

Perused Para-4 of the Petition, it is mentioned and confirmed that the averment made in the Affidavit in respect of the addresses not known to the Petitioner.

Hence, for the reasons stated in th February, 2024 Affidavit dated 16 annexed to the Chamber order and averment made in Para-4 of the Petition, the present Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

Publication of Notice / Citation to ..3/-

be done in English newspaper in "Business Standard" and in "Navakal"
in Marathi newspaper vernacular language, within four weeks from the date of uploading the order. Office is directed to issue fresh Notice / Citation, if required.

Advocate to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
