The present Chamber Order is taken out by the Applicant to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the Affidavit in Support st March, 2024 annexed to dated 21 Chamber Order. In Para-3 of the said Affidavit, it is stated that during the pendency of the Petition the Petitioner Bankimchandra Khandubhai Patel expired on 2nd January, 2024. In Para-5, the Applicants have stated that the Applicants are the legal representative of Bankimchandra Khandubhai Patel, who is the Class-II, entry-II legal heirs of the deceased. Hence, for the reasons stated in Affidavit in Support dated 21st March, 2024 annexed to the Chamber order, the present Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately.
