In TP/2366/2023 P.C. : 1.

The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon Ravi Batra alias Ravi Laxman Batra (Son of the Deceased), by way substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Hindu Daily Sindhi" in vernacular language i.e. Sindhi.

Perused the Affidavit dated 14th February, 2024 annexed to Chamber Order. In Para-3 of the said Affidavit, it is stated that the Citation sent by RPAD through the Sheriff of Bombay ..2/-

was returned with a Postal remark "Left". In Para-5, it is stated that the Petitioner do not have any other present address of the said Ravi Batra alias Ravi Laxman Batra (Son of the Deceased). Affidavit of Service dated nd January, 2024 of the Bailiff is on record.

Perused Para-4 of the Petition, it is mentioned and confirmed that the averment made in the Affidavit in respect of the addresses not known to the Petitioner.

Hence, for the reasons stated in th February, 2024 Affidavit dated 14 annexed to the Chamber order and averment made in Para-4 of the Petition, the present Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

Publication of Citation to be done in English newspaper in "Free ..3/-

: 3 :

Press Journal" and in "Hindu Daily Sindhi"

in Sindhi newspaper vernacular language, within six weeks'

from the date of uploading the order.

Office is directed to issue fresh Citation, if required.

Advocate to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
