In TP/3486/2023 P.C. : 1.

The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon (1) Nirmala Prasad Satam (Daughter-in-law of the deceased) and Monish Prasad Satam (Grand Son of the deceased) by way substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi.

Perused the Affidavit dated 30 March, 2024 annexed to Chamber Order.

In Para-2 of the said Affidavit, it is stated that the Petitioner could not ..2/-

locate the or get any information of the legal heirs of Prasad Waman Satam, son of the deceased. The Affidavit of Service dated 19th June, 2024, it is stated that a service of Citation through the Sheriff of Bombay upon legal heirs of the deceased viz. (1) Nirmala Prasad Satam (Daughter-in-law of the deceased) and Monish Prasad Satam (Grand Son of the deceased) was returned un-served on rd January, 2024. The Bailiff Report that "the said premises found locked and after making inquiry with the neighbor, he also does not know about the said persons".

Perused Para-6 of the Petition, it is mentioned and confirmed that the averment made in the Affidavit in respect of the addresses not known to the Petitioner.

Hence, for the reasons stated in Affidavit dated 30th March, 2024 annexed ..3/-

to the Chamber order and averment made in Para-6 of the Petition, the present Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

Publication of Citation to be done in two newspapers viz. (1) "Free Press Journal" in English and (2) "Navshakti"

in Marathi language, within four weeks from the date of uploading the order.

Office is directed to issue fresh Citation, if required.

Advocate to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
