ORDINARY ORIGINAL CIVIL JURISDICTION CHAMBER ORDER NO. 219 OF 2024 IN ARBITRATION PETITION (L) NO. 13571 OF 2023 Perused Praecipe dated 16.08.2024, submitted by Advocate for Petitioner and contents mentioned therein. It is stated in the Praecipe that e-filng portal was not working since last 10 to 12 days, hence, office objections could not be removed within stipulated time through NEAR portal and hence, time to remove office objections may be extended.

For the reasons mentioned in the Praecipe, in the interest of justice, by way of super last chance, time granted to remove office objections in the Arbitration Petition and get the same registered and / or numbered, is extended till 23rd August, 2024, failing Petition to stand rejected for non-removal of office objections under O.S. Rule 986.
