Ld. Advocate for the applicant made a statement that valuation of captioned Suit is below Rs. 10 crores. Statement is accepted.

Due to enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction of Bombay City Civil Court vide The Bombay City Civil Court (Amendment) Act, 2023 r/w.

Notification No. CCS-2923/CR1/D-19 dated 16th January 2024, present Chamber Order is required to be entertained and tried by the City Civil Court.

In view thereof, the present Chamber Order filed in captioned Suits, does not survive and therefore, disposed of accordingly.

Ld. Advocate for the applicant seeks liberty to move before the City Civil Court for appropriate relief.

The plaintiff/applicant is at liberty to move before the Bombay City Civil Court for the appropriate relief, as prayed under the present Chamber order, in accordance with law and subject to law of limitation.
