In TP/3394/2023 P.C. : 1.

The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon all concerned by way substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e.

Marathi.

Perused the Affidavit dated 8 2024 annexed to Chamber Order. In Para-2 of the said Affidavit, it is stated that the Petitioner is not aware of any other descendant and ascendants of ..2/-

Husband of the deceased. The Petitioner has also filed an Additional Affidavit th June, 2024. In Para-3 of the dated 26 Additional Affidavit, it is stated that the In-laws of the Deceased were residing at Mahim and they died many years ago. It is further stated that he had attempted to make enquiry to find out the heirs of Husband of the deceased but no information about the whereabouts of any heirs from husband side. Therefore, the Applicant has prayed for publication of Citation by way of substituted service.

Perused Para-8 of the Petition, it is mentioned and confirmed that the averment made in the Affidavit in respect of the addresses not known to the Petitioner.

Hence, for the reasons stated in Affidavit dated 1 8th May, 2024 annexed to the Chamber order and averment made in Para-8 of the Petition, the present ..3/-

Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

Publication of Citation to be done in two newspapers viz. (1) "Free Press Journal" in English and (2) "Navshakti"

in Marathi language, within four weeks from the date of uploading the order.

Office is directed to issue fresh Citation, if required.

Advocate to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
