The present Chamber Order is taken out by the Applicant to carry out the amendment in Column-'J' of the Execution Application No.323 of 2022, as per Schedule annexed to Chamber Order.

Perused Affidavit dated 23rd May, 2024 annexed to the Chamber Order.

The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Claimant is required to amend Column-'J' of the Execution Application by adding the details of the assets of Respondent No.1, which have been recently discovered by the Claimant in order to execute the award.

The Ld. Advocate for the Respondent No.1 submits that the Chamber Order is not served upon the Respondents. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the service of the Chamber Order is not necessary upon the Respondents but Notice will be served at that time of obtaining orders for attachment.

For the reasons stated in Affidavit rd May, 2024 in Support dated 23 annexed to the Chamber Order, the present Chamber Order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

Applicant is directed to carry out amendment, as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order, within period of four weeks from the date of uploading the order.
