The present Chamber Order is taken out by the Applicant to carry out the amendment in Column-'J' of the Execution Application No.568 of 2023, as per Schedule annexed to Chamber Order.

Perused Affidavit dated 7th May, 2024 annexed to the Chamber Order.

The Applicant in the Affidavit in Para No.3, it is stated that the Applicant has now come to know an additional address of Respondent No.1. It is further mentioned in Para No.4 that additional address of Respondent No.1 is required to be included in Column-"J" of the Execution Application and in the subsequent ..2/-

proceedings so as to enable the Applicant to have the award fully satisfied.

The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Claimant is required to amend Column-'J' of the Execution Application by adding the details of additional address of Respondent No.1, which have been now found.

For the reasons stated in th May, Affidavit in Support dated 7 2024 annexed to the Chamber Order, the present Chamber Order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

Applicant is directed to carry out amendment, as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order, within period of four weeks from the date of uploading the order.
