Perused Chamber Order and Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order. It is contended in Para No. 3 of Affidavit in Support that all the office objections raised by the Registry were complied within time provided by conditional order dated 20.02.2024. However, Registry dismissed the present Petition for non-removal of office objections.

In view of above facts, I deem it fit to call Records and Proceedings in Writ Petition (L) No. 29977 of 2023 for perusal.

The concerned Scrutiny Officer to submit Report before this Authority in respect of compliance of office objections as contended above, on or before next date.
