In TP/3506/2023 P.C. : 1.

The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon all concerned by way substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Mumbai Samachar" in vernacular language i.e. Gujarati.

Perused the Affidavit dated 12 February, 2024 annexed to Chamber Order. In Para-4 of the said Affidavit, it is stated that the deceased and her Husband Dinesh Prabhudas Doshi had ..2/-

no child and or children of their own neither did they adopt any child and or children during their lifetime. It is further stated that in Para-5, Petitioner is not aware of the whereabouts of any other legal heirs of Dinesh Prabhudas Doshi (Husband of the deceased).

Perused Para-14 of the Petition, it is mentioned and confirmed that the averment made in the Affidavit in respect of the addresses not known to the Petitioner.

Hence, for the reasons stated in th February, 2024 Affidavit dated 12 annexed to the Chamber order and averment made in Para-14 of the Petition, the present Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

Publication of Citation to be done in two newspapers viz. (1) "Free ..3/-

Press Journal" in English and (2) "Mumbai Samachar" in Gujarati language, within four weeks from the date of uploading the order. Office is directed to issue fresh Citation, if required.

Advocate to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
