1. By this Praecipe dated 23rd July, 2024, extension of time is sought to comply with the order dated 25th June, 2024, as well as to change the name of the newspaper from the newspaper "Mumbai Samachar" (Gujarati language) to "Janmabhoomi" (Gujarati language) for the purpose of publishing the Citation. The Applicant / Petitioner produces an Additional Affidavit in Support of Chamber Order dated 24th July, 2024. Applicant to file Affidavit e-file.

2. By order dated 25th June, 2024, the Citation was ordered to be published in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English language and "Mumbai Samachar" in Gujarati language.

3. Heard the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner. The order dated 25th June, 2024 is corrected to the extent of publication of Citation in "Janmabhoomi" (Gujarati language) instead of "Mumbai Samachar" (Gujarati language). Time to publish the Citation stands extended by two weeks' from today.
