13. CHOL/247/2024 IN TP(L)/24426/2022 ) ) ) Mr. Amit Tiwari i/b. M/s. MKV Juris, Advocate for Petitioner / Applicant ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) P.C. : The present e-filed Chamber Order is taken out by the Petitioner / Applicant for setting aside Order dated 28.03.2024, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-removal of office objections.

Perused e-filed Affidavit-in-Support of the present Chamber Order. It is stated therein that due to personal difficulty and ill health of Ld. Advocate, office objections could not be removed within stipulated time and hence, matter came to be rejected under O.S. Rule 986. He, therefore, prays that the present Chamber Order may be granted. On considering grounds raised in the Affidavit, I am of the view that the Petitioner / Applicant should get one opportunity to pursue with the captioned Petition diligently since it is admitted that office objections could not be removed due to personal difficulty of the Advocate. Hence, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed.

The Petitioner to remove office objections on the Petition and get the same numbered and/or registered within two weeks from the date of uploading of the order, failing the Petition to stand rejected for non-removal of office objections under O.S.Rule 986.
