The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 28.03.2024, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit of the applicant. It is contended that at the relevant time, Advocate on record was suffering from severe medical ailments due to which office objections could not be complied with in time. Ld. Advocate for the applicant submits that as on date, captioned petition is uncontested. Ld. Advocate for the applicant further submits that though he has prayed two weeks time for removing office objections, four weeks time is required to remove office objections.

Reason mentioned in the Affidavit appears to be genuine and therefore, present Chamber Order is granted as prayed.

On oral request, the petitioner to remove office objections on the petition and get the same registered and/or numbered within four weeks from the date of uploading of order, failing petition to stand rejected for noncompliance of office objections under O.S.Rule 986.
